Notice is hereby given to all agencies, national, local & GOCCs including all participants to PAGBA seminars that PAGBA, Inc. is a non-vat corporation per attached certification issued by BIR  dated February 26, 2025. As such, no taxes shall be withheld from seminar/registration fees being paid to said corporation.
